The effen™ story began 14 years ago in a pub under the creative influence of a few frothy bevvys. Ryan Leslie, founder, brewed up the effen™ brand while drinking with mates - a truly unique and irreverent name like no other.

The effen™ brand is an indelible stamp of the effen oath™ - a pledge to be free spirited, individual, and always in search of good times. What better time can be had than with mates sipping a quality beer or two?

So we set about to create a beer with as much character as the brand itself. The aim was simple, produce an all natural craft brewed lager with real body and flavour that even European’s best beer brewing nations would happily drink.

Since then we’ve taken a no holes barred attitude to living the effen oath™, having passion for what we create, never compromising on quality, and having a hell of a time doing it… and yeah, sipping a few beers along the way.
